We are pleased to announce that ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï has been awarded the contract to seismically retrofit the Crestmont Building at Piedmont Gardens, a nonprofit senior living community in Oakland!
The scope of work includes the voluntary seismic retrofit of the residential tower and a facelift to its lobby that will create a café and add restrooms.
Though we have delivered dozens of nonprofit projects, this will be ÍøÆسԹÏ’s first partnership with owner HumanGood. Other team members include project manager Beacon Development Group, Degenkolb Engineers, architect Boulder Associates, Slate Geotechnical Consultants, and hygienist Van Brunt Associates.
Construction began this week with an anticipated completion date of November of 2025.
